I am a professor trying to access the library's databases and I can't get in. Is there a problem with my library account?
If you try to login to the Library's article databases and/or the My Library Account feature of the Library Catalog and your barcode number is not recognized, your barcode may have never have been activated or it may have expired.
If you are a current employee of the University, you can have your account activated or updated by:
- Visiting or calling the Library's Check Out Desk at 303.256.9345
- Using the Library's chat service
